which can include different forms of exercise such as

Hi-Low Aerobics

Circuits,

Salsa,

Toning bands and balls,

Boxercise

Fitness Pilates

All levels of fitness and abilities,

£7 per class,

Wear loose comfortable clothes and trainers or non-slip shoes

bring a mat or a towel

and a drink.
